Making chicken feed of my mortgage

Napped for over an hour! Still very numb.
It's a beautiful sunny day here and I was going to peg out some washing (towels) but I woke to find that Mr MWC had put the heating on () so I've put it on the radiators instead.
There's a little bit of room left in the wheelie bin so I will go and chop something down in the garden and get some fresh air
Eggs IN 5 (+1 softie that was squished so they are all covered in egg yolk - yuk!)

Feeling a bit bleurgh (perhaps I should have weaned myself off my codeine habit rather than go cold turkey?!) and achy jawed
BUT not in pain :j
Went for a short walk in the sunshine with Mr MWC and kicked piles of fallen leaves (just me, Mr MWC is too grown-up)
Pottered in the garden - wheelie bin now full + 2 sackfuls. I'm being ruthless this autumn, so 1 shrub that I didn't love has been removed, 3 perennials that were running amok have been tamed and a geum has been divided. Lots more to do
Made a start on my Christmas puddings - soaking raisins, sultanas, currants, dates and prunes in brandy and Cointreau for a couple of daysMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
