We used to have a crabapple tree in the front garden. It used to look lovely with the fruit on, but once they dropped, it was really messy. The front gardens here are open plan, and all the fruit would spread into the road, and get squished by cars.... It was a nightmare keeping it all tidy.
When we had the driveway replaced about 10 years ago, we took the opportunity to have the tree pulled up.
PS, loved the picture of the eggs - I like eggs in different coloursEarly retired - 18th December 2014

Mr MWC has left me home alone this evening and... *shock**horror* I've cooked for myself! Well made a salad :rotfl: The date vinaigrette is just delicious
After phoning them again yesterday, a supervisor from my corporate CC company finally phoned me back this evening... I don't think they know why my account is supposedly 3 months overdue but, despite my last statement advising me that my account had a credit balance and no payment was due, they have slapped a late payment fee on and blocked the card :mad::mad: Not great timing as I go away on a business trip tomorrow morning :mad::mad: The chap I spoke with is going to refund the late payment fee but he doesn't know when my CC will be unblocked... !!!!!!!!!
