Making chicken feed of my mortgage

As I'd already walked past one famous sportsperson yesterday, completely oblivious despite Mr MWC squeezing my hand and nudging me, I think it was quite remarkable that not only did we bump into them when neither of us live in London but that I recognised them... :rotfl:Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Today's highlight was a subsidised neck/shoulder/back massage otherwise it was a very dull day in the office.
To lessen the boredom, I walked 1 mile before heading into the building and another 2.5 miles at lunchtime (+ 3.5 miles this evening with Mr MWC = 19,000+ steps)
Eggs IN 5
Eggs OUT 0Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Very impressed with the step count. I think I have done well if I get up to 10k!Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -

Came home from work to find a letter from citibank informing me that my corporate CC account (which annoyingly is registered to me at my home address not to my employer ) is 2 months overdue... the last 2 statements have told me that my account has a credit balance and no payment is due, the customer services representative I just spoke with is none the wiser either and now I have to wait for a telephone call tomorrow after she has escalated the issue
In more exciting news... Miss Hattie laid her first egg - a little pale green one :j
Eggs IN 6 :T
Eggs OUT 2 (eggy bread using fruit loaf with orange and topped with banana and blueberries  Mr MWC has left me to fend for myself tonight!)
And I managed to drive to and from work (100 miles) without being wiped out today - that's after narrowly avoiding 3 accidents (none of them my fault) in the past 4 days :eek:Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
