Yesterday was the last day of the GCC Challenge and I walked >1,750,000 steps in 100 days :T 7 miles/day :T
That's equivalent to walking from Land's End to Inverness - I'd have made it to John o'Groats if it had been a 117-day challenge :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
My replacement stepover apple trees were delivered this morning and they look healthy (the trees delivered back in March were so dormant they were dead...)
Another 45 minutes of WFH and then it's the weekend :jMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Just had a quick catch up MWC, so glad the girls are settling and laying!
Thanks too for the recipe ... much appreciated, may well be harvesting the crabs in the next couple of days!
Hope you enjoy your weekend! xStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

Eggs IN 4
Eggs OUT 0
Plants IN 8 (the 2 apple trees + 6 heuchara plug plants)
I've been quite productive today :T
Washed bedding and towels
Cleaned bathroom
Harvested beetroot, red onions, tomatoes and rhubarb from the garden
Tidied up the raised beds, added compost from the hot bin composter and planted out winter vegetables
Took my car to the hand car wash
Supermarket shop
And now I need to make a start on the crab apple jelly and clean/chop the rhubarb for the freezerMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Good morning
Mr MWC's cheque has cleared so £2,500 MOPd and £1,000 transferred to holiday account, rest left as buffer in current a/c. Next month's MOP will take us into the 90s :j
Plan for today:
Hairdresser
Go foraging with dad - need more blackberries and a few elderberries
Make first batch of spiced crab apple jelly and cook fruit for second batch
Make a start on gingered rhubarb & fig chutney as there was no room in the freezer for the rhubarb
Plant apple trees
Tidy up pots on patio (this will probably involve going to the garden centre for compost and plants...)
More laundry
Clean chicken coop
I need to make a list for my Christmas hampers - both content and how many I need to makeMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
