Making chicken feed of my mortgage

MWC - that dinner does indeed sound lush! Erm, YIKES  to the snow though. Congratulations on the win - I hope there is some sort of remunerative prize on top of the credit/recognition/small article in the company magazine
bah to silly HR negotiations tho - and *vegetarian*, potentially veggie munching, chickens tooBut we can't help but love them still (the chickens - not HR)
:D Perhaps one of the *aunties* will stump up compensation
Have a wonderful time in the US - isn't this the west-coast epic?

Never mind, at least I have a job
I should have checked the weather forecast before I packed - cold and raining heavily, chance of snow  Today's outfit includes white linen trousers and sandals :rotfl:
Miss Gladys and/or Miss Beryl (Mr MWC can't tell the difference!) keeps escaping from the chicken run into the vegetable garden  At the moment she's happy digging in the bark but how long before she discovers that there are tasty things growing in the raised beds... fortification required when I get home.

It's a good job Greying posted about the chooks - I missed a post
Chicken passports required for Mr MWC and as they try to come through customs he can send them back. Good luck with the fortification plans.
White linen trousers and snow - I don't think anyone will have seen that combo before
