I'm not sure if we're up to 4 or 5 dodgy Scottish hugs (I always assumed that GG was a Southern softy!)

Take care MWC, it's always difficult feeling sad on a day where everyone else is celebrating.0 -

Plants IN 3 - I was planning on a NPD (honest) but... I popped in to W/rose to buy some miso paste and they now sell garden plants & stuff... herbs were £3.50/each or 2 for £5 so I bought rosemary, thyme and sage to replace past-it plants in the garden
Butternut squash tagine with buttered chilli couscous for dinner followed by apple, pear, rhubarb, plum & blackberry crumble with crushed gingernut biscuits in the crumble topping - yum!Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

 it's RP with a slight undertone of Gravesend, Alchemilla! His Gravesend buddies are less than polite about his manly eloquence! :rotfl:
MWC I just can't bring myself to do those dodgy hugs, but I do send a special virtual one for you and I shall cuddle my own muddy white chicken for you tomorrow (although she's less mud and more dust since the rain eased up)! My personal issues relate to Father's Day but I do also think of those ladies today who don't get their mum hugs, for any and all of the reasons you describe.
Hope next week is kind to you xStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!
