Happy New Year to you too MCI
Lordy it's been a long first day back at work and officially I don't finish for another hour (will probably sneak off at 5 o'clock though)
Today I have:
- spent no money
- drunk water instead of coffee
- eaten healthily
- walked briskly for 45 minutes
I have also played on the DIY health checkpoint machine we have at work and scared myself... I have a metabolic age of 57 years (it's my 42nd birthday later this month), a BMI of 32.2 and a fat mass of 37.4 kg:o:o On the bright side, my blood pressure and visceral fat rating (9) got green smiley faces on the computer printout
