    I'm on day 24 of no alcohol and am going to keep going through February. I'm doing your challenge next month for walking too.

    I'm already thinking about my monthly resolutions for February - I'm very bad at washing my face before bed so that will be one in the hope that I can form a habit, and I'll definitely continue with the walking, weight loss and NSDs. Maybe I'll also have one around emptying the freezer; we only have 2.5 drawers and they are rammed full!
