I used to charge £1.25/box and I still do for my original customers. Earlier this year, I increased the price to £1.50/box for new customers. The chap who pays £2.50/box pays extra to "treat the ladies" :rotfl:
At first the different-coloured eggs (and the name of the chook that laid the egg written on the shell) were a selling point but my customers come back now because of the taste. I'm disappointing quite a few people now that egg production has slowed down.Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

How do they do that? It's so clever :T:T:T:T. I bet LRH writes it for all of them, the others look a few worms short of a wormery if you don't mind me saying

I just wanted to say I love that the name of the chook that laid the egg is written on the shell. I'd buy the eggs for that
. How clever of the chickens to do this .... or maybe you help out a little :rotfl: Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -

* As only 3 chooks are laying and 2 of today's eggs were from Miss LRH, it appears that Mr MWC didn't have a good rummage under The Girls - yesterday wasn't a no-egg day :rotfl:Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Received a free copy of GW magazine in the post :T
We made the RC cannellini bean & leek soup with chilli oil for dinner tonight. We tweaked the recipe slightly - there was only 1 can of cannellini beans in the larder so we added the leftover gammon from the weekend and used chopped celery leaves instead of parsley - it was delicious
