Eggs IN 5
Eggs OUT 6 (1 box sold for £1.25)
I've still got the middle-of-the-month-MFW-blues but today I have claimed a £10 CP voucher and bought some 1/2 price pork ribs (I'm never normally in the supermarket at the right time) :T
Fingers crossed for a good night's sleep as I need to be on top form at work tomorrow - a senior leader from our parent company is visiting and I want to make a favourable impressionMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

In career news:

- Mr MWC is being put forward for promotion (probably in October)
In financial news:

- I signed a £587.50 quotation for independent financial advice  Fingers crossed it is good advice and I make that back quickly

Great news on the job front. I'm in pretty much the same position so it's really nice to see someone have some light at the end of the tunnel! :TRemember, it is better to have had your wish than to wish you had.0

Thanks cookiemonsie
My role isn't seen as important by my employer but is by our parent company - I just need to bide my time until they relocate to this area (3 years). In the meantime, I think that he will facilitate closer working between the two companies and that can only be a good thing for meMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Great news MWC :T. I only make memorable impressions by tripping up or tucking my knickers in my skirt :rotfl:.

I've wasted my afternoon struggling to use modern technology
I've had to leave my 20th century laptop at work to be upgraded over the weekend and I've been trying to get photos from my blackberry onto here via photo bucket on Mr MCW's iPad... and failed. I can't even get the desktop computer to work - I'm hoping that's something to do with his docking station set-up and not just because I'm really stupid.
Anyway, the chickens got caught in a downpour this afternoon and I got a couple of funny photos
The window cleaner came this afternoon - it was only after he left (and I'd paid him) that I realised he hadn't cleaned our bedroom window :mad:Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
