Hi Abbafan1972, I think the captcha's occur when you've already entered before/there is a site fault/or traffic when lots of people are doing the same thing/or it's temporarily offline for maintenance. It can be multiple reasons, I hope this helps you in some way!

How utterly confusing so have we decided if its just one entry per household as I have been entering me and my partner each hour different phone numbers and email but will be same ip address as the ip address is your broadband link number isnt it?
