The way the competition is set up, the entrants are limited to one per computer per hour. Multiple entries for the same person in the same hour will be deleted.

It doesn't say, but in the past when it's been one per person the terms and conditions have said that.

So my personal view would be that it's one per person.

Ok got this back, first part is the question I asked but still does not provide any new information we don't already know seeing as the T&C's are vague anyway.
