Well I went into a Nokia shop today and the guy told me that it would not be out for another couple of months, came home looked on the net, called mobilephoneshop and they have them in stock on a vodafone deal. However, read my own writing wrong and my contract end is 17th May, however, they have agreed to send me a pac number. Found out though if you want to port from Vodafone to vodafone, they don't pay commission to the phone retailer so they are reluctant to do that, they would rather you sign up for a new contract and new number.
port out old number to another network pay as you go then port back to Voda on your new contract, temp measure, a little hastle but u get the best deal

It is out, some of the websites have it in stock, I called one yesterday, Mobilephoneshop and also e2save will have it next week according to their cs.
