Please read my replies, yes I did exactly as advised here, see my posts 14, 17 and 21.
Did that include the WRT135 in the Subject heading? Your posts don't mention that.0 -
Also it's unclear why "another complaint number" wasn't posted in the post #23 after Lee asked to post "email reference number" in post #220

Update: Once I had sorted out that there is no space in the subject line of WRT135, Lee was on the case and it's almost sorted out now satisfactorily.
Lee has been brill, actually.
Just to reiterate that the correct subject title for Lee and the Web Relations Team at Vodafone is this:
WRT135 FAO Lee
If you insert a space between the T and the 1 then it will fail to be delivered.0 -

I did also try to call you yesterday in reply to your most recent email and so if you could let me know when you'll free either today or on Monday I'll try to reach you again then.

Thanks Lee, I replied to your email on Friday but anyway please phone me on Monday anytime.0 -
If you are an OAP and don't use your phone very much, why are you paying £10.50 per month on contract?
Go PAYG.
You can pay nothing (on Ovivo) or next to nothing with other PAYG providers.
With PAYG you don't have the financial risk, hassle or stress that people get with contract phones.
£10.50 per month is over £120 per year :eek:0 -
The same thing happened to me two days ago. I have complained to Vodaphone via phone and email but have heard nothing back. No doubt by now the phone has been delivered to the fraudster. Its so frustrating trying to sort it when no-one seems to be able to help.
How did it pan out for you Loanranger? Any advice please?0 -

Hi Christabel,
I've just replied to your other posts here.
To enable me to follow up on your email could you provide me with your email reference number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
