    Just to report...I called the disconnections department and managed to get my current contract renewed for the same price each month! Result!

    i spend £35 a month for tmobile flext and i get £900's worth a month to spend, charged at 20p per min for calls and 10p each for texts. its also half price for the first 6 months and i got a £300 worth phone for free too.

    i'm on vodafone student tarrif - £25 a month up to 3000 free text and media messages and 125 anyone anytime minutes but it includes stop the clock - well worth it! I'm graduating this year and am just keeping my contract rolling over as its so good!

    Do T-mobile do any good offers

    I am currently on Mates rate with them ands i spend about 40-50 per month on pay as you go.

    That's a huge amount per month, especially on a student salary. :eek: You could easily cut it by half but you will need to shop around a bit.

    K800i, with Vodafone, £35 per month for 750 mins and 250 txts. Occasionally go over when I can't find an alternate number to 0870s etc. This is the only phone I have- don't have a landline. Oh and my mate put me on that friend thingy so its free to call her:j

    As a heavy user you may find it cheaper to go on to a contract. As far as I know PAYG are better for people who only use their phone occasionally.

    There are a lot of good internet deals and special offers for people taking out new contracts. And if you go via Quidco, you can earn cashback too!
