Thanks ^ I will check them out when passing later in the week
Remembered the ones I had and liked were from Abel & Cole as just seen them on the site.
Abel & Cole have nuts in shells for half price - already had the walnuts (at full price) for xmas but have ordered the almonds now - hope they are not too hard to crack.
They also have haggis as a new item, for any offal fans _pale_0 -
Some fraudsters took money from my account so now I'm waiting for new card. Luckily I'd just done a big food stock-up and won't need to buy any food for about ten days and then only veg.
Soo annoying.0 -
Oh no, I was so annoyed when mine got done. Any idea where from? Mine got done twice in petrol stations over the years so for the last few years I always pay cash everywhere apart from online shopping, though cash machines are just as iffy I suppose..0
-
I don't do internet banking, don't use ATMs if I can avoid them, always cover my PIN, no-one but me uses my laptop, no-one knows my PIN OH included, don't look at saucy websites, have firewall and so forth and my card hasn't left my possession. All bank could tell me was my PIN hadn't been compromised.
Bank said fraudsters are smart, as soon as banks stop one method they go for another.
I hate carrying cash, it makes me nervous.0 -
Edwardia, what a nuisance for you. Hope it is sorted quickly. I do worry about having my payment details saved on sites like Ocado, A&C etc but it makes life so much easier and so many internet sites ask for your card details even if you are ordering a 'free' or trial item so that really puts me0
-
alfsmum I save card numbers on websites only when I use the company for very regular orders ie Abel & Cole, Ocado and Riverford.
I don't use my laptop for financial transactions away from home, I never use my BlackBerry for financial transactions anywhere, never open emails or texts from unknown senders, don't have internet banking, disabled instant messaging and Skype on laptop and instant messaging on BlackBerry, changed the password on my router three times in 2013, have firewall and anti spyware etc and scan automatically, don't use an ATM except in an emergency, never let my debit card out of my sight in a store, don't sign up for free trials etc or input my card on sites wanting it as proof of age and change passwords on websites once a year.
Other than not using it at all  don't know what else I can do !

Anyone lurking on here for some time will know that I'm pretty much anti-sugar. OH has a sweet tooth so it's a bit of a battleground because he wants sweetened yogurts. Hopefully showing him there's a new campaign starting will be a SeeIToldYouSoMoment for him !!

wow  I've eaten that one! (preferred Rachel's low fat vanilla but that was probably even sweeter as I found the YV one a tad sharp..).
I have a major sugar addictionI'm also not supposed to be eating it at the moment but still am.. (though I'm not actually sure why sugar is bad for what's going on inside me).
It's my last bad habit (I think).0 -
Kirri IIRC you haven't actually divulged AFAIK but sugar changes the pH of the stomach so if you're supposed to be avoiding spicy and acidic food as well as sugar that could be why.
IME lower fat products are always higher sugar/carb. Also, a lot of no added sugar products have apple juice added
OH had actually switched recently to just having fruit during the week and fruit yogurt with granola at weekends0
