How do you get a free BT Internet emaill address? The link I had saved to my favorites is saying it costs £1.50. Can anyone provide the free link, please?
Also Dad is still paying for dial up with BT but has got broadband. He wants to cancel his dial up but he will lose his primary email address, is there any way he can keep it? This is the reason I want the new emaill address, it is for Dad.

use something like https://www.gmail.com
If you want to keep it ring them and tell them that the email address needs to be part of his broadband when you cancel dial-up. If you want to keep it and they wont let you move it to the broadband account it is something like £1.50 every so on.Things that are free in life are great, well most of the time :beer:0 -

His broadband is not with BT. He just wants a basic email account with BT as he is used to typing in is address as username@btinternet.com.0 -
Then to keep his email address as it is. He will have to pay for it.Things that are free in life are great, well most of the time :beer:0

Since it seems he can not keep it without paying £15.99 a month, I want to get an email address like, username@btinternet.com for him, how can I get one of these email addresses for him?0 -
See the post above. Or pay the £1.50 every so on.. I didn't mean pay the full £15.99 a monthThings that are free in life are great, well most of the time :beer:0

Why? You could get a gmail/yahoo/hotmail account for free and it's independant of your ISP."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
