I have a load of these - 2kg or more - which, to judge by a few of them, are about to go bad.
I need some way of using them in the nex day or so. Any ideas?0 -
You could juice them and make lollies for the freezer0

There's a recipe here for a boiled orange cake - I bet it'd probably work with satsumas as well (the author said she's used clementines). It's flourless as well, so good for people who need a gluten free diet.0
