  • So 200 rent paid and interview for post yesterday went well, I could do the post in my sleep to be honest.

Today, pay tv licence (37.50!) and interview again with JSA. I have done two interviews and applied for a further two jobs since the last interview so I dunno what they are gonna tell me I'm not doing to find work.

Making lamb curry with some of last nights leftovers so should be a cheap but nice dinner.

This leaves credit cards and oil to pay this month, phew. No bank charges in January, that's two months now. Hopefully can make it three!
  • t to sign on and they had cancelled steps to work interview for another 3 weeks.

Got a letter back from Admin job I applied for 5th of reserve list, Its for our whole towns education board though, so I'll get offered a post somewhere along the line.

Cannonlini and sausage casserole for tea tonight.

Seriously debating looking at option for moving to another country, the uk economy just seems to be getting worse with no end in sight.

  • Phoned up about the housing association job I did the Interview for 2 weeks ago. Apparently I'm the reserve candidate. GAH! So out of 300 applicants, I came second. Alas still no job. Bit strange it's dragged on so long, maybe bit of hope there that first offer will drop out.

Also stuck in a budgeting loan in, I'm hoping that would cover the bulk of me having another go at driving test (If I got it, that would be me off benefits, so I don't feel too bad).

Oh next debt payment is 36.10 for capital one by 17th.

Valentines this year, is a nice dinner cooked in house and a card.
  • Sold the bike finally, £55, tesco came today £53.06 and spent £1 on sausage rolls in shop this morning.

So I'm 94p up on the day. lol

  • Pretty much, still I must be close.

Just need the right post and a touch of luck.
  • Paid fredpay/capital one today.

    36.10 paid, thats it down from £976 - £835

That leaves £16.70 for Hsbc and £100 for oil, but we are still pretty early in the month.
  • Valentines day tomorrow.

In the past I've blown £200 on dinnner and stuff like that. Instead, I'm cooking a nice dinner at home. Card and some flowers (M&S or Tesco). I've most of this bought from my big tesco shop, but need a few bits.

Still no word on budgeting loan for driving, hope it comes through soon.

Well budgeting loan off came in today £125. That'll cover test fee and insurance for the day for the car.

I'll need £75-150 for 5-10 lessons beforehand to make sure im at test standard after a while. But this means I'm a lot closer.

Before anyone gives off that this isnt what a budgeting loan is for, This is fully repayable by me and I'm getting it so that I'll be off benefits asap and repaying it out of a wage.

Oh £16.20 paid to HSBC CC today and £7.30 for the debit interest for overdraft.

Phew. That just leaves this months oil (£100) left to pay.
