Well my car came back from the garage and the rear brake discs and pads needing replacing
. Oh well. I manage to get one of the £10 train vouchers which will help towards my travelling expenses. Also by tidying up my accounts I have added £10.67 to the masters fund.

Doing my last year of masters too and its hard work, full time, 3 kids 3 cats and DH but like you, work has paid a chunk (£1000) leaving me to pay the difference. All previous years its been fully funded.

It would be a payrise of about £4000 pa and I know what you mean about hanging around on here instead of doing coursework. It's not like I'm doing that now or anything! I don't envy you doing it with the family around HelenDaveKids as it's hard enough when it's just me.
