Hi Little fred, I've finally caught up with your diary again Sorry to hear everthing is not been going too great, stuff always seems to go wrong at the same time. At least you got the boiler fixed pretty cheaply, last time ours died we had to have a new system and it was a few days before xmas.

Well done giving the couch to 5k a go, I have done it the other way round and started the year with a personal trainer and jogging, and am ending the year on the couch with a big glass of wine :rotfl:

I don't envy you newgirly with it going just before christmas! I've been able to cover all the bills so far and my tooth is coming out on Thursday which also happens to be pay day so the rest can be paid then

Well I went out for my first run in a week as I've had a lovely cold/cough so affects my breathing as and an asthmatic I really didn't want to push it. I thought I'd do the next run on the plan as the last one was 8 mins running 5 mins walking and another 8 mins running so I tought it would be something similar. Oh no it wasn't. It was 20 minutes running with no break!! :eek: I never thought I'd finish but I'm rather chuffed with myself for completing it. Only having an essay due in soon would make me rather do exercise than be in the house with it staring at me :rotfl:

It's mind over matter when it comes to running and you did it with a cough and cold so it'll be easier next time.

Hopefully it'll get easier and I guess it'll get a bit longer over the next few weeks. I've posted another uni book that I sold on amazon so will add the money to the pot when it arrives.

Well tumble dryer is broken again!! The guy who 'fixed' it last time said it would be £200 for a new fan so I'm going to look at getting a new tumble dryer! It can live in my garage which I need to go outside for so it will eliminate being lazy and putting stuff in there!

Oh no. We don't have a tumble drier... it takes a bit more logistical planning to dry the washing in the winter but happy enough without one.
