Well hello people
I've finally made it back to my diary with my head a little bit more screwed on! The masters is finished and passed and I was slightly chuffed that I managed to get a distinction:j Graduation will be in November so I must remember to book the annaul leave for it.
My head hasn't really been in it on the money saving front as I usually have nothing to save after the big pay cut last year and it doesn't help that I've gone off the wagon with my diet a well as this generally means I eat more takeaways
I've settled into my new job now as well although I'm still getting used to working 5 days and the extra commute which is also probably why my diet has gone out the window as I'm normally quite tired when I get home so I need to start planning more.
Well I had better get back to work (I don't normally have access to the site during work hours but whilst the boss is away I'll play with their computer!)

Thanks guys!
Another busy week! I was at the tower of london on saturday for a national competition for my cadets and it was an amazing place for the competition to be held. The competition was in the moat and presentations were on tower green.
I've got some expenses back from cadets but unfortunately that will need to cover my overindulgence on takeaways!

Well done on your masters! A big step forward.Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -

Hi
Have you tried a local scrapyard? It would be mucjh cheaper than a local garage..
