Phone storage problem

Oh lol that sounds quite complicated. I do have a few texts with pics attached so maybe i need to delete them or move to the sd card if thats possible. Do you know if it is ? Thanks

So your not using the phones camera a lot? I don't think a few text attachments would be too much of your problem. Sorry but I am talking in general terms as I don't know your specific phone model so can't give precise instructions. You need to perhaps ask someone who knows Android well to have a play with it.0 -
I have a galaxy ace and I'm always running out of space too - or I was until 2 days ago. I've "rooted" my phone, and then used an app to delete the pre-installed apps that were previous greyed out for uninstalling. This has freed up space on the internal phone memory. I'm away from home at the moment but if you want to PM me your email address I'll send you the links and whatnot when I'm back with my laptop.
Hope this helps - it worked a treat for me.
Hi thanks. That sounds just what i need IF i can do it lol. I ve heard the term " rooting" but i dont know what it means. Do you know if i can move my texts with pics to the sd card or not ? Im hopeless lol. I ll pm you with my e mail address.

Sorry, I meant I am not familiar with the software on your specific phone - each manufacturer sets up Android differently and installs different apps so its hard to give 'remote' advice without hands-on it to find my way around.
I don't have an android 2.3 phone to hand, only a 2.2 so guessing a bit...
If you go to settings - manage applications - you should have a list of applications (possibly under downloaded tab). If you select each one in turn, using back key to go back to the list each time...
see if some have a 'move to SD' button on each apps 'application info' screen, in which case use as many as possibly to move the app to the SD memory.0 -
