I ordered an iphone 4s in the offer linked in this site (I know this isn't an endorsement "as such" but it gave me enough confidence in the supplier to order).
But when I had a query about PAC codes it was impossible to get through on the phone & they haven't replied to any emails so I emailed both their care & complaints addresses to cancel the order.
They have since taken £49.99 on my credit card (I will get this back but this is hassle I could do without) & still not responded to any of several emails. I'm still not able to get through on the phone either, it just keeps me in a "queue" seemingly indefinitely. I never received anything from them or even an email indicating delivery date or status. It is my belief that they sell things that they don't actually have in stock.
If you're considering using this company I suggest you just try & give them a phone call first to test out their attitude to customer services for yourself!

As they are part of same group now, you could attempt to contact buymobilephones.net via twitter.0

I have encountered the same problems. The only thing they are good at is taking your money, also £49.99. They don't respond to e-mails and the customer service number is a recorded message. I tried calling the sales number and got through straight away and although the person I spoke to took my order details just told me they were out of stock, otherwise didn't sound too bothered ie not my department, I'm sales.0

Nothing new. They have always been a VERY high-risk dealer for cashback and not a place to do business with unless you're prepared for this sort of treatment.0

Had four phones from them during the last two years the last two very recently, only ever deal with a computer order and a next day delivery man, not a minutes problem.0 -

I saw your post and joined up to reply to you. I totally agree with what you said, I have had the same experience. Bought an iphone 4s with them, they took the money, after 10 days still no phone - I tried phoning them the first time and was waiting 30 mins on a 9p per min number and couldn't get through. The next day I tried again and did get through after 40 mins. I cancelled the phone. They said they would refund my money within 24 hours. That was over 2 weeks ago and no money refunded. Keep us posted if you get your refund. I have tried emailing them to ask about my refund but no replies. They are a shocking company. I hate companies like this. I am so angry at moneysupermarket for including them on their searches. I am very unhappy about it.0 -

wow.. more new users slagging off this company..
its like a small group of people on here have a grudge against them..0 -
Hardly a "new user". Maybe YOU work for THEM. Certainly unlikely to have been a customer.0

After seeing the offer on here for the iphone 4s on the O2 package. I signed up for the deal.
Like you say the communications from them are rubbish. Thing is I tried on 2 separate days and waited no longer than 5 mins to get through. The sales advisor said there was a delay with the stock and that i could expect to receive the phone within the week.
True to their word i received the phone on Friday, 1 week after i ordered it. Best thing I originally put the offer in my basket when it was for £49.95 but never went through with it. when i decided to get the offer the price had gone up to a £99.99.
It accepted my old basket price and i got it for £49.
So its not all bad news guys.0
