Good morning all,
I had a Morgan Stanley credit card back in around 2005/2006 the account is now closed, I believe I may have had PPI on this.
Can I write to them even though I don't have account details, and if so, do I need to send. SAR instead of a CCA

Wouldn't you do something similar to what you did when you had a similar issue with Santander?
You remember, the post you made on the Reclaim PPI & Other Insurance, as opposed to this Reclaim Bank & Credit Card Charges board?

Thanks for info, wasn't sure as I didn't have any records to hand, I did have info about Santander, will send off. SAR to them ASAP
