does anyone record sales phone conversations? talktalk

Didn't think of a dictaphone thanks for the input guys. I would always say that I'm recording the conversation even if it wasn't required by law because it doesn't hurt. Also it might encourage sales reps to be more careful =]

If anyone's intereste I think one good way to do this is through skype. Top up with some credit, dial whoever and start recording with a free utility - there are lots online. Not much good if you haven't got broadband yet though =p

After a long phone conversation talktalk honoured the deal I was told I was going to receive. Phone reps are no where near as good as O2 - they interrupted me quite a lot.

It seems it is very very hard to get a company to review a case and listen to a recording so its easier to record yourself and cut straight through the bs.

stay away from free boosts offered to you to make up for poor service from talktalk

they are free for the first month or so then switch to charged automatically in the next month o.o
