  • Yay another NSD added before the end of October!

I've also just earned myself a free iPhone car charger using the confused.com motormate app. Only another 218 miles to go before I earn myself £25.00. Not too bad at all.

I have updated my signature to show mine and my partner's joint debt total as we have decided we are going to clear our debts together, so hopefully we will see that signature total keep reducing.

I have 2 ebay items finishing today, both with bids with a combined total for £51.00, so this will cover the day out at Alton Towers for a friends birthday on Sunday.

    Plans for today:-
    - Finish painting the one wall left, and return the unused tin of paint (hopefully it will be unused after the final wall is done)
    - Clean out new rabbits hutch (new bunny makes alot of mess! Will have to train her to be tidy!)

I have also signed up for the NOvember challenge, as I plan to spend as little as possible to get my debts cleared by the end of next year :)

  • Ok so today wasn't a NSD. I had to buy wallpaper for the remaining wall left to be decorated. However once this is done all the furniture can be put back and I can have my room back!

I did have produtive day though in regards to getting everything done that I needed to, including the refund of the tin of paint I didnt use :)

Both of my items have finished on eBay and I am very confused as to how everything works in regards to payment. One buyer has paid me and it has gone into PayPal, from here I have transferred it to my current account. I have requested that my eBay fees come from my current account using my card information but as of yet this doesn't seem to have happened :S I'm probably being really dumb, but this is really confusing for me so I don't think I will be selling on there very often! Hopefully the other buyer will pay up by tomorrow morning so that I can send the goods off and that's done then!

Back to work again tomorrow so hopefully a few NSDs on the way to end October/start NOvember :)

  • Oops yes I am being really dumb! Just seen that I haven't yet been invoiced for the eBay fees which is why they haven't yet come out of my account duhh!

  • Been a few days since my last update! Not that I haven't been visiting, just been lurking on other peoples threads instead of updating my own :o

So into the NOvember challenge I am doing quite well (well for me anyway) 3 NSDs on the run :T Long may this continue. If I can continue to be this frugal, including extra payments my debts will cleared now by February 2014 at the latest although I aim to be debt free by end of 2013 :D

I have a few more Christmas presents to buy (hurry up vouchers!!) and one Birthday outing in December following Alton Towers tomorrow and this is all I am budgetting for. Any other funds are going straight off the debts. NO random meals/takeaways/outings unless they were already arranged for a special occasion only.

Finally decorated my room! Woop :j So one thing less to spend out on/worry about. Also sent off both ebay items, so that's me all ebayed out and paid up :)

Got my bunny's ashes back today, so going to scatter these in the back garden tomorrow morning :) the other 2 bunnies are currently being amused by the television in the living room whilst all these fireworks are going off - they're probably loving being in the nice warm house rather than outside.

    That's all for now!

  • Oh yes,

forgot to add... as of this pay day our joint debts will be reduced by 1 :D We will be clearing his OD in one swoop. Even though it is only at 350.00 it will just be so nice to have one less debt on our heads, and also no longer have to worry about paying the 10.00 OD fee each month. It will also be nice to see the overall debt balance take a bit a drop too. Hoping by mid month it will be less than 15K :)

  • Hey everyone!

So the NSDs are still totting up, currently up to 8 unfortunately this won't be going up today as I need to do my shop! I usually shop at Mr A as I can do the price comparison and generally get a couple of pennys off my next shop. However I have just received a few vouchers from Mr T, so I am going to shop there this week. They also have a price checker, so you never know I could get additional pennys back there too!

Is it sad that I am excited for payday so that I can completely clear a debt? :o Only a week to wait and then this can be done :D

Hope everyone has a nice weekend!
