You should be looking for a default, or looking for a linked or associate address from that time.
Unfortunately I will not know what "it" looks like until I would have seen it...

one of the defaults a natwest credit card was opened in 2007. However that is showing as satisfied.0

It will definitely be that. It is the default date that is important and not the satisfied date.
