    Basically the house I'm in was going to a BTL to releasing money for deposit, for a new place. However over the weekend I sold my place raising more funds. So I will be borrowing less.

    Ive checked her experian and there is nothing obvious in 1997 address wise....what should i be looking for??

    2007 I hope you mean.

    You should be looking for a default, or looking for a linked or associate address from that time.

    Unfortunately I will not know what "it" looks like until I would have seen it...

    one of the defaults a natwest credit card was opened in 2007. However that is showing as satisfied.

    It will definitely be that. It is the default date that is important and not the satisfied date.
