    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
Newbie here, have been a long time lurker on many grabbits, but felt i needed to register at long last to help aleviate any concerns over this company and the deals they offer. I decided to take the plunge and order the last deal (and am very pleased i did!). I too was concerned when i placed my order, and the comments that followed put me into panic mode. However i phoned the company and spoke to the owner Neil the Mon after the weekend, and was so glad i did. He told me he has been in business 8 years, but had only just bought the shop, hence why the new register to company house, he also informed me he has been invited to be part of the television show Grand designs (hope i rememered the tv show right) also he is attending the Ideal home show in Novemeber. I received my 1st two picnic hampers in August as promised (they were fab!!) decided to just go with the flow and not chase up my next two, and am very pleased to report i received them the 1st week of October as promised (2nd ones arrived in lovely 12" wicker hampers full of thorntons goodies) included was a lovely letter to all his customers explaining that the rest of the deal would all be sent in Nov for us all to give as Christmas presents. Please do not panic he sounds a great guy, and i feel confident that all is good. Please excuse a very long 1st post, but i understand everyones concerns and wanted to help put minds at rest.

Ditto - received all my hampers to date and am very happy

I've ordered this deal and the one I posted on the first page as well, ooopps, I gave in! I've been really pleased with the picnic hampers and the thorntons hampers from the previous deal. The customer service helps in the current climate, Im grateful for these deals at under a tenner for a hamper! Excited to get my christmas presents all wrapped and ready....

I'm with you. I've decided to go for it, as I have a good feeling about them. Thanks for the original link. :)

They're not due for delivery until the beginning of December, according to the website.

The last one - a Thorntons Hamper - has BB date of March 13 on chocs but as above the Xmas ones arent coming out until first week of December so the dates will be fine for xmas gifts!
  • Just ordered mine Neil is super as i asked if i could substitute for gluten free and he was very helpful, cant wait now for them to come.:)
Proud happy mummy Ready to start saving...affording...and bargain hunting!!
  • I have ordered the christmas hampers and some preserves. looking forward to getting them in December
  • I'm looking forward to getting my Christmas hampers too. I sometimes make them up myself for presents, but this saves me the effort/time.

Adding up the contents of the baskets, I'm sure that at wholesale prices, Norfolk Hamper Company will make a little bit of money on these and at the same time gets their name better known.

I'll be looking out for them at the Ideal Home for Christmas show and will look at what Gift packs they have to offer on the day.
Good luck to them....I hope the special offers pay off and their business expands as a result.
