I signed up for the hamper discount club on Saturday and received my discount code in the post today along with the chocolate spoon. I was going to have it myself but it is nicely wrapped complete with mini marshmallows and I am going to use it for a gift with a nice mug.
I had already bought the christmas gift hampers so have not used the discount code yet, but am sure if these fab offers continue I will be buying from them in the next year, as I think customer service is good and like the personal phone calls etc

There's a thread somewhere about nice Cath Kidston mugs for about £3.50 on amazon :)

  • Anyone know if you get the membership for £10 if you still get 20% off even if you buy an hamper deal?

I have just sat and read through all of this after placing an order for 24 hampers - 12 hamper offer plus an additional one per month for £110... I have not read anything that makes them seem suspicious they are just a small business. If they get large sums of money in advance they can buy in larger quantities from suppliers and get a slight discount so therefore make something when selling the hampers discounted. It also builds them a strong customer base for future offers and for standard orders.

As for paying in advance for a monthly service this is available through MANY websites - the first one I could think of is bunches and with them you pay £199 upfront for 12 bouquets throughout the year. http://www.bunches.co.uk/flowers/flowers-for-a-year.php
So this is just the same principle and I know they take payment through PayPal as I have used them a lot. So I am not concerned and looking forward to choosing my hampers.
  • To anyone who has had a hamper delivery did you get an email to say your hamper was on its way? and also was there any tracking so you could track the parcel.

    Thanks:)

I have had hampers from this company before and have to say the value and presentation have always been spot on , i didn't get an email saying they were coming because i have always asked for a certain date and true to there word thats how they have arranged these for me. I have some hampers and a honey basket due due the first week of December and again any correspondence i have had all leads me to believe everything will go just as smooth ( barring any weather problems)
So i would say if in any doubts drop them an email saying your be available to sign for the delivery on xyz date(s) and im sure t'hell be more than happy to accommodate that - because last thing they need is hampers going back to them undelivered
