You're 18 years old. Buy some tools and a Haynes manual!
If British society tried, just a little bit, to regain just a small amount of self-sufficiency we wouldn't all get so ripped-off all the time!0 -

My question is, I know all kwik fit garages are different because different people work in them, but I'm wondering should I go to kwik fit for my full service history?
There are many garages around mine and they are looking at 60 - 90 pounds for a full service history but because Im a kid and most of them look like they won't do the job properly or rip me off, I'm thinking of going to kwik fit for me, mainly because they accepts credit/debit cards and the other's dont so If the service history isn't done properly. I can raise a dispute with my bank...
It costs £145 - £165 for a full service with kwik fit I believe and I think the car needs a FS ASAP, with winter kicking in, not knowing when the last FS was done ect.

It will be hard to measure fuel consumption putting £5 in at a time.
As for being ripped off - you will be a prime target for this. People like you are just what dodgy garages are looking for.
As for your FSH - to you try to act stupid or is it just years of practice?0 -
