That's brilliant news about the poetry competition LadyM :T I hope you can get there to it, maybe you can stay over somewhere so you're not too exhausted? Being a mum alone can be tiring without having an illness so make sure you try and get plenty of rest yourself. You're doing great! :A

I also like cheese baked on a plate in the oven with onion, tomato, mushroom and then when it's done...I have it in a sandwich! Fattening but delicious! :drool:Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

Nothing much to it FF...just slice cheese around the plate, add sliced mushrooms, sliced tomatoes and sliced onions, I like to put pepper on too then bake until the cheese is all melted and crispy at sides. Mum used to do it for me and she adds egg in the middle but I didn't like it with egg. It's lovely in buttered brown bread. Cheap and chavvy meal but I do love it occasionally!

Alfie do u connect via WIFI? If u do, it might be worth connecting by Ethernet cable to see if that makes any difference.
What about trying a neighbours router to see if that makes any difference.0
