I went to coffee group this morning with friends and I had a nice time I then helped my friend to walk a dog as well and she got me some daffodils for helping

I am relaxing now for the rest of the day

Thanks Firefly/Bishopgirl/Katie - there were 30 lillies in total. I had to use 2 vases. Don't know what I will do on Sunday if I get any for Mothers day. Will need to get more vases.

Oh, how lovely Sylv - they are my favourite flowers and the perfume is out of this world. :j:j:j

I have however in the past be known to bend down to sniff them, (can't resist) and ended up with orange/yellow pollen on the end of me nose and on me chin!!!! ......... as pointed out by my very friendly postman not so long ago :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Luckily he knows me well!!!! :o

Thank the lord I didn't go down to the village to get my messages without checking me face!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Internet is behaving at the mo, for how long I don't know??? So taking the chance to quickly type this. Have been hoovering so puddy has disappeared upstairs and buried herself under my duvet with no intention of surfacing til the coast is clear!!!!:D

Could be the provider wingo, else how would it work sometimes and not other times - seems to improve slightly as the day wears on into evening and night (rubbish thru the day) and doesn't cut out every 2 mins or so? But I'm not a night owl - only rarely, so that's no good for me .

Will have to ring them and try to get it sorted.

Crikes!!!! I'm on a roll!!!! Internet hasn't cut out yet (alfie says ...... touching wood!).

What's everyone having for dinner?

I am just cooking some nice fluffy spuds to saute later to go with cauli cheese and a 'delightful melody' of veggies!!!! Lol - been watching too many cooking programmes!!!!

Then I am having, for afters, a scrumptious bag of Red Nose Day maltesers!!!! And no .......... Alfie won't be doing strange tricks with them as shown on the tv, they will be consumed immediately once bag is opened. :rotfl::rotfl:

Can't believe the internet is not blipping on and off! Will be interesting to see how it goes tomorrow? xxxxxxxxxxxx

I am waiting for .......... a good all round handyman who doesn't charge the earth.

........ a good all round gardener to help me prune cos I daren't climb ladders any more

......... a nice wee lottery win, now that would be lovely and graciously received!

Ooooh! That sounds scrumptious ff! I think I will do that tomorrow! Always trying to think of different dinners to do. Have lots of salad plus mature cheddar and crusty bread to use etc. Looking forward to it already!! May do a sort of toastie sarnie ploughmans! Thanks for the heads up. :A I'm always looking for new ideas. xxxxxxxx
