Morning everyone,

Been raining here and looking a bit foggy FF. Glad you are organised for the Times Comp - hope everyone else is! I am going to celebrate Valentines Day a bit late so have fancy rose Cava (not a fan of Champagne) in the fridge and will need to find something easy to put in the oven for dinner.

Don't know why I bother doing Times comps as doubt will ever win, but still plod away at them regardless

Been back through the last pages posted since last night and heartened to find some comps I actually want to enter for a change :rotfl:

Not sure what the weather is doing here today but thankfully asteroid missed me garden! Was it just 17,000 miles away from our planet :eek::eek: Wee bit close for comfort!! :eek:

Re nuisance calls - I tell them to wait a minute then put the handset on loud, place it on the floor with a cat nip choc or two on it and tell cat to seek and play and have fun :rotfl::rotfl: Purrfect!!!! They soon hang up!!!! They obviously don't speak cat language!!!!!

ff: I also have a whistle by the fone - very loud and piercing!!!! If the caller is over persistent then they get the whistle down the line, loud and clear!!!

Alfie, I have done the whistle thing too years ago when I was getting heavy breathing calls :eek: Mmm must be a whistle in this house somewhere!
