Morning all. Still snow free here, sheils, but there is a fair bit on the nearby hills, just damp and dreich.

Just been catching up now ......... lovely posts and the moving furry pictures have really made me laugh so much!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl: Absolutely wonderful, just the ticket!!!! Loving it all!!! Keep bringing them on!!! The Inn really a lovely place to visit. :T:T

The moving pics don't affect the running of my computer at all (and I have a very small netbook/notebook) whatever it's called )

Puddy cat likes to rearrange the wireless router sometimes but I'm on her case!!!!

Very cold and icy etc over the weekend so did some more filing shredding, it's ongoing :eek:, made myself some lovely home cooked meals, sat in front of the fire and thoroughly enjoyed catching up and handwriting some letters to friends, relatives to reply to them etc. Is it my age? I just love receiving and replying to hand written letters. So much more personal than emailing and blooming texting!!!

Hugs to all. Just off to have a wee hoover and flick the dust off everything for a moment!!!! Won't take long! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

hiya all :j far as i know sylv there's never been a prob with posting pics in here,
been doing so for years now along with loads of others & hopefully for years to come :j

it's been difficult getting to the bird stations in the snow past few days so this morning me & a couple of others have just been clearing/shoveling through to make it easier, the blokes had done it the other day but as we've had more snow we decided to make a start before they came again to help :eek::D

doesn't describe my man sheils :eek::rotfl:
he's happy enough to just lounge around in his jeans & old jumpers am always telling him off & to put some of his new ones on but he likes comfy bless 'im

Just trying to defrost the bird bath again, bird food is going down v fast in the feeders, but hate to let them down, keeping the feeders topped up as best I can Have many feathered pals etc who stay here through the year and they really are a joy.

Right, off for a bit more errrm cleaning the house, as only managed couple of minutes and then decided to indulge in a mug of hot chocolate :eek::eek: :rotfl::rotfl: Naughty Alf!!!! xxxxx

hiya alfie :j i've had to leave the bird baths
waste of time defrosting & filling, just freezes up again:eek:
they get moisture from the snow anyway but am like you love to see them having a bath, had the robin come again this morning, he loves grated cheese
& lots of them cute wagtails
like yours the foods going down very quickly, they love the mealworms & fatballs as well :j i read somewhere
blackbirds love raisins & sultanas so have put them out as well, 5star hotel here for them

yep, will let you know how i get on with the soup :eek::D

Hi everyone been food shopping after school run. I think our kids two schools are the only ones open here! It's never stopped snowing and raining.
Been a bit hectic this morning, went for DD's prescriptions only to find they lost it. When I finally got it and took it to chemist, one of the items have to be ordered! Came home to a nice hot bowl of soup and spilt it all over! (think i'll go back to bed! )

Hope you have more luck with your soup fire**fly than I did!

Did your dad manage to get his meals ok Sue? It must be hard on the elderly this kind of weather. There was an ambulance at the elderly gents a few doors from me. Hope he's ok.
