we have had another few cms of snow last night to add to what already there so no school for kiddies again
had a wem from chat ive won a set of weightwatchers jam and marmalade, im more of a marmite girl but kids will help get thru it
i need to put my recycling out but thats about it for today
bin meant to be emptyed weds but not done council says collections suspended

Anyone heard about the earthquake in the Midlands. Reports of cd's falling off shelves etc. Anyone on here felt it?

Hope you all have a really good day, we are off into Durham soon for a coffee and bacon sarnie, just to get out really.

Had an email yesterday to say Fred's Disney Brave goodie from December is on its way. Still waiting for the washing machine, still not in stock since before Christmas but at least the lady at Prima Mag has stopped them ringing me every day. Not grumbling of course as we are very pleased to having it.

Thanks for the Buddha last night FireFly, have rubbed its tum for us all, especially for Wingo and iluvcats who seem to be have a bit of a dry patch at the moment.

As Sheils said earlier, lovely dry, clear morning here, unusual because we usually get the same weather as Northern Ireland, fingers crossed it stays this way. Sympathies to those of you getting the worst of the weather.

Times hourly competition tomorrow for a KitchenAid mixer - posted here.

Hammering down with snow here in Surrey and it looks to be lying which is very unusual. So glad I work from home now - I used to have a commute into London every day which was a nightmare when the weather was bad.

I had a bad knee injury a couple of years back and ever since then am petrified of falling over so try not to go out if it's slippery, but I have an appointment tomorrow and a out-patient op booked at the hospital on Tuesday so hope it doesn't get too bad.

I'm having a good week for wins this week, have had something every day till today so fingers crossed today won't let me down. Nothing as good as some of of the rest of the Inn's wins but keeps me ticking over nicely.

Hope we're all well and keeping warm.

suppose it depends which way it's coming from,

I've been for a walk with Jasper and we had a snowball fight! Well....I snowballed him and he loved it! He's been playing with his football moving it around with his head and getting annoyed cos it was too frozen to go in his mouth!

Afternoon all, WOW that's a big picture wingo

Went into town and picked up my soup maker, if anyone uses any good recipes, perhaps they could share them in here, I'm not really sure where to start

No more snow here as yet but it's forecast for later. DH is on nights tonight, hope the roads are okay when he leaves for work.

Ooh I hadn't realised Sue! It just looks normal size on iPad I will remove it if it's taking all the space up, just let me know whenever my pics are too big as it doesn't show for me!

I saw the pic on fb of the dogs, they look so cute together I love how they stay together, would love another play mate for jasper
