My mum went in Asda today and the 10 metre wrapping paper selling off for 50p a roll was coming up 25p at the till! That's her sorted for next yr!

Well its Saturday again and not much left of 2012. I'm not a fan of New Year celebrations so I will be glad when that is past.
Thank you for the chocolate fire**fly - love those. I am going to do the same as Becks and start on a diet next week. I kept my extra weight off for a few years but it has crept back up. (I blame my age not overeating!)
Great everyone is getting bargains. I have to keep away from the wrapping paper wingo - I have stacks of it and so does DD. We always seem to see it when they are practically giving it away and can't resist. Last year we got 10 rolls each for £1 and I still had some from the year before!
Hope everyone has a lovely day - apart from our pathetic troll.

yep sheils not long now before 2012's gone, seems to pass quicker every year or is that just me being mopey

throwing it down here
& very very windy :eek: don't fancy going out yet to feed the birds so am leaving it till later :eek:

My 2 weird fish caps have arrived and they look really good. Really impressed they sent 2 different colours too. They are on their site at £12 each so think I will put them away for some of the boys birthdays which are in the spring - usually only win things for DD.

DH came back from town yesterday with a lovely Yorkie calender its the one he usually gets with 52 pics which he wasnt able to get before Christmas with all the stuff going on with Sister. She is now out of hospital and well on the mend. Thank you all for your concern on here.


Dont forget to feed the squids and birds Firefly - hope it stops raining soon.


I expect you are all busy catching up too.
