Thanks Suem for heads up on the Times Comp for today and tomorrow. I completely forgot about todays and only entered at 6pm. Oh well don't think it makes any difference did every hour last week and still didn't win. It would be my luck to win the Kindle Fire tomorrow as I just bought myself one last night on Amazon's Black Friday sale.

wingobins aren't animals just like children. I wonder did jasper walk off thinking now I'm not getting my christmas present. When I was wee my Mum told me that the presents weren't for us but my cousins. She was looking after them for my Aunt. We knew where the hiding place was and used to sneak in and play with the toys.

Wet and windy today.I went to a Christmas Sale and saw friends and I brought a few things to support them,it was for our local RNLI

I treated a friend to a drink and then went back to the RNLI again

Came home,had lunch then went to get Bread that I needed,now in for the evening and I want to keep warm.

Nice to see you in Alf and hope you are fitter soon.

Haven't done much on internet today so unless kids do something silly should be Ok. DS3 has a new game so he is on it a lot and DD chats on line etc. DD has just upgraded her iPod which was so out of date it used loads.
Well done on treating yourself Dreams - DS1 has told me he wants one for Xmas but not sure how he is getting it. He says everything is more expensive in Oz but they do have Amazon. Not sure what he is doing but expect he will tell me how much I owe him!
DD wants a Blackberry Curve which I thought I would get on the Tesco Exchange but they are out of stock on O2.
We have been counting silver coins from before 1947 and phoned some places and it looks like we might get nearly £300 for them :j
Might have a night in Blackpool when we take them down and make 2 days out out of it.

Thanks for all your support today everyone - am ignoring everyone who sent me unhelpful PMS (but am imagining all manner of unpleasantness on the quiet).

Have had a quiet afternoon. DH made us some giant mushrooms with cheese and ham for tea - now having a very large glass of wine.

Becks - I'm not convinced that the John Lewis Times comp does go on for a few days, I think it's just one of their typos - but if it is for a few days you'll be in with a good chance as I'm sure a lot of people will stop entering.

I have a Kindle but would like a Kindle Fire so will be entering as much as I can tomorrow.

Well worth a try with John Lewis one Sue ;-) and yes definitely ignore the spiteful messages. You post them out of kindness and it isn't as though it's you who runs the comps so automatically have a divine right to know what is happening. I hope none of the posts are from regulars.

Good Luck with the Kindle Fire SueM - you deserve it especially with peeps being nasty. I have entered both comps every hour I think and if the comping fairy is listening I would like the Amazon Voucher please! Just hope none of the peeps that sent nasty messages win.

I would like the amazon voucher too as there's lots on there I could buy for Xmas. Would be happy if I won the John Lewis too though even though there isn't one near us!
