The kids wanted a doggie stocking for him so I got one from poundland and when I came home with bags it was like he knew there was something in bag for him, he tried to rummage through bags so I put them upstairs and he followed me barking at me! I've told him he's not getting it now...I'm giving it to the cat next door! ;):D

Cooper's the first dog we've had that opens his own presents. We have to make sure to take any labels or plastic of the gifts before we wrap them or he'd have those as well. I love watching him do it.

Our last dog had one of those lampshade collars on for some reason when it snowed one year. He went up the garden like a snowplough and couldn't lift his head when he got to the top :rotfl:

    Hi all

Have just posted tomorrow's Sunday Times hourly here for a Kindle Fire HD.

Today's one or perhaps two Times hourlies are doing my head in tbh as it's not clear whether there should be one or two comps live. Have had a couple of unpleasant PMs from people about it, as if it's my fault The Times have got it wrong.

Have been out for a facial this morning which should have been relaxing and then did the last of my Christmas shopping. It's hammering down with rain here - the bottoms of my trouser legs got wet and by the time I got home I was wet nearly up to the knees!

Just about to have some lunch and then write up some book reviews.

Hope everyone is having a good day.

For heaven's sake, what's the matter with people. Why are they sending you unpleasant PMs? It does make you wonder what type of people they are in the real world. Take no notice Sue, they're not worth bothering about.

Been entering every hour for the Times Comp(s) but managed a nice walk when all the frost melted. Think our rain is coming in tonight indie.
Did you get your glasses Sue?

Not giving up on the comps wingo just cutting back until I see how the usage goes. They upped our speed and I'm sure it said somewhere that we would use more gigs because of that!? Will need to go away for a few days - that would help :rotfl:

Enjoyed my cake thank you FF - just had it after lunch. (DH made me a mushroom omlette) Jack Frost doesn't look very macho does he?

That is terrible SueMaggie. I can't understand some peeps. I posted a link wrong when I first started comping and peeps were so rude about it it nearly stopped me posting again.

Yes I got my glasses sheils, they're so much lighter than my others. I tend to wear them very low on my nose so that I can look over them when I want to look at the TV and my others were leaving big red marks and felt very heavy. They were only cheap(ish) at £45, I shall put my heavier ones in my bag for when I'm at dad's or if I'm shopping and need to read anything. At the moment I borrow Dad's if he's had a letter or something that I need to look at.

suem, please take no notice of them :( you are the one doing them & us a favour & have taken the time to care enough to post them, over the years of posting mag comps on here & having the same sort of thing happen to me especially when made a typo/link wasn't working or whatever some of the pm's i recieved sometimes had me in tears :o:( but over the years i've had to learn on here to just ignore them & either delete or send to the team, if they're being rude/upsetting please forward them to the team & they'll put a stop to it xx

Just seen this - OMG, what is wrong with people:mad:

Save your wrath for the Times, folks, or take the time and trouble to search for yourself rather than treat other people like serfs
