God what a night! DH went up at 9, he was shattered after his night shifts and I knew I was in for trouble when I could hear him snoring over the TV downstairs. I went up at about 11 and lasted 10 minutes then stomped off into the spare room. I know he can't help it but it drives me MAD! Of course once I laid down in the spare room he stopped, typical. Then he went to the bathroom at 6 which is right next door to where I was and the flush woke me up. His alarm went off at 6:45. He has 2 weeks off now and made a doctor's appointment for 8am, well you would wouldn't you? It was just a check up and he's fine, but 8am?
I shall now breathe deeply and let it wash over me or today will be a very long one

To me it's Monday, I feel like hell. I was at work on Saturday - I go back to work in January and I have to do training since I haven't worked since 2010.
Why Saturday, why????????
Then DS got sick and has been off. He went to school again today, crying and sobbing. It felt like nursery all over again.
Sue, my DH works evenings as well, doesn't get home til 1 or 2 am and expects me to be awake as well! But then again I mostly am which is why I'm so cranky and forgetful in the mornings. We do get a nice lie-in most mornings after DS has gone to school.
I hate appointments first thing, especially if I have to wake up especially for them. If I was getting up early anyway its fine but mostly I'm not.
Have to cook lunchI hate cooking. Usually I just cook twice a week, freezing as much as possible or cooking stuff that tastes better the longer you leave it.
And I'm also very upset because I haven't won anything in ages! I feel a petulant tantrum coming up - duck everyone!!!You'll have to speak up; I'm wearing a towel0 -
