Just been shopping so feel loads better. Brisk (but not cold IYKIM) winds and not a lot of money spent (chocs don't count) has done wonders.

Lunch and dinner cooked.

Had a busy morning but managed a nice walk in the countryside in lovely sunshine too. House feels cold now we are back though. It is much warmer outside.
I've hardly done any comps so must make an effort as I won't have the internet for most of next week.
I normally buy loads of things when they are on offer and then run out later on.

Thanks Wingo and FireFly, they are great, will pass them on the DD now. You know what its like in an office with targets to meet. I am so proud of her, she hasn't long finished her psychology degree and is an Animal Assisted Therapist but still has to see a quota every day.

B.Sue, wasn't inferring you DH was on the large side just that my DH was LOL. Its funny when we go shopping we always argue about how much we have left in the cupboards, DH always ove restimates and I always under estimates, I hate to say he is usually right.

Glad you enjoyed your walk Sheils, we have just got back from taking the dog, didn't go too far today, my DH has the habbit of saying her needs the loo when he has had enough!

Hey everyone.

It's my DH and I's 2nd wedding anniversary today. He made me cheese on toast in bed and bought me "The Hobbit" as a present. He knows me so well.

DH has new reading glasses and our cat keeps trying to take them off of his face. It's hilarious!

We've just been making some Smarties cakes and are waiting for them to cool before we ice them and DH is making a nice pasta bake for dinner.

Can't believe ITV have just rung AGAIN about the Daybreak Goody Bags. They left an email address which bounced so they hadn't heard from me. There were 10,000 winners and they're contacting every one of them.

Good on yer Becks getting your lift sorted. It annoys me when I go to my mams and there's glass and rubbish on the paths everywhere! They had a problem in the area with rats before so you'd think other people living there would inform the council about it. I've had to phone a few times.

Postie only brought sons mag and a sample of aftershave for hubby! Don't think he likes me anymore
