afternoon all, this is early for me.
sun is shining and its a perfect autumn day.
dd1 is playing me up. she lives with her dad - shes 18 in jan - and still manages to play me up. she had an arguement with her sister and i said that i dont want to be involved and then she went into one saying ive never cared or loved her. she then announced that over the last year she has had chats with teachers telling them i dont care!! great. the only thing that she could come up with is that when i buy one clothes i dont buy her clothes. just to get this straight.. my dd2 that lives with me is dressed top to top in t@sco or @sda and the other daughter is designer gear. her dad is loaded and she has a massive amount of money and i am seriously not loaded and cant afford to buy what i buy. the last lot of clothes i bought for both of them came from ebay/boot sales. i told her dad sorts you out and i sort the other one out. when it comes to bday christmas etc all three get exactly the same ( to the point where i write down and add it) although the big one chooses money - her choice. she ended up saying well its best if i dont see you any more then if you dont care. i said to her before she put the phone down...my door is always open and i love you very much. my feeling is that she has had an arguement with the b/f and im just getting it in the neck.lucky old me. will leave her to calm down. she owes me a big apology but that wont happen.

really looking forward to my tea. hm burgers, hm wedges and corn on the cob. bought a posh yoghurt for afters too.

    Afternoon all
FB - Hope your cousin is out of hospital:eek:

Thanks BB - he had to have pins in his wrist so they kept him in overnight, but he should be out this evening. Love Mauds jumper! Hope she feels better soon x

I'm shattered! Busy day. Work kids were sorting out all the plastic bottles for the greenhouse project. We need 1500, and after washing, peeling off labels, de-lidding, chopping off bottoms and bagging them up we now have 1490 :rotfl:. They worked so hard today, they got a really good system of working - all of them doing different jobs but working as a team. We finished this by 1pm so I took them to the beach to eat lunch and have a run about. Then we went to pick up the tools that we need for the project. I let them go early at 3.30pm, and left then too myself, as I worked extra hours last night collecting bottles!

I came home and found out that I won £25 on the Premium Bonds :j.

I need to pop out to a friends later to pick up a few more bottles and have a catch up, and then I may buy a naughty chinese on the way home :) I was going to have HM curry from the freezer, but I fancy a treat.

OS wise - not much I'm afraid :o put dishes away, LO pasty taken for lunch.

    Have a good evening all

Sistercas - try Evans too as they do wide fit, also Asda's shoes seem to fit quite wide.

    Hi all,

Maud is lovely - hope she feels better soon

I have been flicking on and off the BBC news website all day hoping to hear some good news about April - no radio at work - sending safe vibes to her and love to her family and community.

SO tired today, have come home starving - gammon steak and cauliflower cheese for dinner xx

Have stuck to the meal plan this week - woo-hoo...

Hugs to all that need them xx

Hello all , I too am a great believer in good shoes and also a good comfy bed, as if your not in one, you're in the other.:D
I have to have happy feet or I get to be a very grumpy old woman :)
DGS Ben had a suprise interview at the local Iceland this afternoon The chap rang him at school as Ben is in the 6th form for the next two years and had been putting his CV around all the local shops He does a paper round, but wants to earn more cash as he is hoping to go to the Reading Festival next year with all his pals.He has to go on a two hour second interview this Saturday in Sittingbourne (good old Granny has promised to take him there to save him the bus fare :):)) so fingers crossed,(I think its a role play thing ) It will be a weekend job, but every penny will help him out he is very focussed and keen to earn extra cash if he can He will make a good soldier I think He wants to join the Royal Engineers when he's finished his 'A' levels. He is a good little grafter and can see that the only way to get on is to work for what you want I'm very proud of him and I do hope he gets the job
Well I'm off to have some beef casserole and mash for dinner straight from the freezer to microwave (made it last week and two portions wee left over) have a good evening folks
Please God they find that poor little mite soon her Mum must be going out of her mind with worry
