Because I had 2 days off this week I have a bit more energy this weekend so that is good. We went shopping for doors in Dorset and then walked the dog in the New Forest. It was beautiful.0 -

Very exciting. Fingers crossed.Well done Nikkster!
I'm full of questions but will keep them to myself!:D
Thanks guys
Its not a dream house, but its got plenty of potential and its at a price where I can meet a very solid LTV and would have mortgage payments that I would sleep very easily with. I figured I might as well put in an offer and that it wouldn't do any harm to get the AiP so it is already there in case anywhere else catches my eye.
Zag - its about 5-10 mins from where you used to live
Have had an email back from the agent saying all offers will be passed to the vendors late on Monday and I should hear back on Tuesday.0 -

I think that when we enter the month of March we know that Spring is only three weeks away and it certainly puts a stride into your step.
SB, my OH and myself went a nice walk to see my BIL:( for our usual fortnightly meet. That wind just keeps your eyes rather moist but the good weather is just around the corner.
I remember last March we had three weeks of really warm weather and I managed to paint the whole exterior of our Bungalow in Cornish Cream, and am I truly glad that I did, it still looks quite fresh for our prospective buyers to feel comfortable with.
