Still got loads to go
the flag
the white arch on the hill
the hedges shaped like letters
the shiny cross.
The green semicircle:eek:
And at least two more I can't identify! There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

The flag is the flag of a particular country.
The arch is ... um ... an arch.
The hedges are gardens in the shape of a particular letter.
The cross is shiny because it's only just been made.
The green semicircle is a slice of citrus fruit on top of a building.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

The most annoying part of it is that the tall gate on top of the tall building is NOT Highgate. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Was at 3 supermarkets today. NIGHTMARE!!!
M&S was the worst. It's too small for the amount that use the food hall at the best of times but today was total gridlock.
Think I've got all I need until after Christmas :j :beer:0 -

Might be filling up at the Carlisle Tesco soon - will wave when driving past! Just filled the car up with 127,9 unleaded. Cheapest I've seen for miles!
Only got 1 station left to solve thanks to Lydia and others -the tied up telly. Bit miffed that some of the stations are DLR or ex-LU stations. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

I wanted it to be Highgate too. It wasn't until I realised that the gate and the plane were part of the same station that I got it.Was at 3 supermarkets today. NIGHTMARE!!!

I am dreading shopping for food. I should have done it yesterday or today during school/business hours, but I've got a horrible cold and didn't feel up to it. Not sure when I'm going to fit it in now.Only got 1 station left to solve thanks to Lydia and others -the tied up telly. Bit miffed that some of the stations are DLR or ex-LU stations.
Think of it as a screen rather than a telly, and think of other words for "tied up".Do you know anyone who's bereaved? I have done most of my shopping already. Got to pop into a waitrose tomorrow for the stuff I could not get elsewhere and a top of of fresh veg (I love the green grocer but stuff lasts less long so a supermarket Is the way to go for the days after Christmas.
It's very, very pared down here. We are having goose not turkey, and ditching loads of our traditions. Up until this year I have been sustaining my families epic traditions and the ones dh decided were essential....like a Yule log, something my family never ate....and it's nice, but all. A bit unnecessary. Only slight gripe is having to cook on boxing day if in law comes, instead of noshing on yummy left overs alone (though they will be coming out too). I think I will just add a fresh hot veggy risotto to the mix, hoping that's sufficient.
I had this last year, but more this year...I just cannot get excited this year. Even pink whistley who we call the Christmas cat because she loves everything from the tree decorating to the baking to the curling up infront of films....she seems, not so excited this year. The soltice is often my favourite day of the season but slouching around in mud is less fun than shivering in icey cleanness.0 -

I was there last Wednesday when I was in Carlisle and the price still looked keen.
Better waving when you pass Lockerbie as that is the closest I am to the M74 :beer:0 -
