Did you ever say where your flat was?
Yes, but only yesterday, though I think some NP had worked it out from the discussion on Succahs or previously.Israel.
Quiet town on the Med, where a lot of english speakers live or have holiday homes.
4.5 hour flight home, today, that I really should start packing for.

Hmm - I reckon in no traffic you can get from here to LHR in 35 minutes (may be slightly more now as they have cameras on more stretches of the M25) so it may be slightly less than an hour for you?
Of course at least one if the NP was involved in the customer handling process of T5 during the planning stage (but not the baggage process I hasten to add) so of course it is a pleasant experience.....
About right 35 minutes in the car after a walk from plane to terminal and a wait for suitcases then a further walk to terminal entrance.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. That's good going! I take it you got picked up at the airport to get back so quickly. I can get a bus from Heathrow bus station that goes very close to my door but even I wouldn't be able to get back that quickly.
Mind you the fare's only £2 (or less with an oyster card).
So is your journey door-to-door longer than the 8 hours it takes me to drive to Glasgow?
i am about 10 miles from heathrow and have managed to drive it in about 15 minutes before, but that was at 5am on a sunday and there was no traffic whatsoever. normally takes well over 30 mins, unless you're in a taxi that dodges the M4 and drives through hounslow at 60mph...
on that subject, i had to go into work yesterday morning and drove in because the trains were out. door to door in 35 minutes at 8am. at noon it took me 2 hours to get back. i'll be getting the district line next time!0 -

I am still googling and thinking of business names. Has to be catchy, short, domain available, ebay available, twitter available, facebook available. Preferably starting with "A" rather than "Z". But, being a late comer to the industry "all the good names have gone". On the other hand, I'm not entirely sure yet what I am offering/doing....0
