There are lots of websites about (I'll add a few that have been recommended here below this) - some of which have recipe finders such as you are asking for; otherwise what you can do is simply search for more than one term, such as chicken +peppers +cream and it should find recipes with one or all of those items in.
You can even do the same thing with our main recipe threads too. Not the indexes (they just have titles) but the recipe threads themselves.

I've got cupboards that are fairly brim full of stuff which keeps going unused. I have read some of the store cupboard challenge....is there a website that allows you to put in a few ingredients you have to hand and it comes up with something you can make with it??? I'm *sure* I had the link, but I'm miffed as I can't find it now!!!0

There are a few websites that may help, although cooking by numbers seems to be the one posted on the Old Style board most often. There's an older thread that has links to them all, so I'll have a look and add your thread to it.
