The above poster has touched on other issues - but a peruse through their own forums reveals the extent of disquiet amongst customers and many, like myself, have voted with their feet - save yourself the heartache and don't even consider them any more.

snap the same here except i was with them 4 years until last year when they switched off the good fan and plugged in a pile of poop!!!!

thanks for all the replies, really good of you. have decided against them. have opted bor virgin broadband at £19.99 adsl (as i cannot receive their 'superior' cable version) (40gb cap and free phone calls any time of the week). going live 17th April - i can still cancel if feedback is negative and then search continues all over again. Christ almighty! thanks again all. have a good remainder of the week also
