If you are implying that you found half of these items then all the 1p acquirers know you are telling big fat porkies........if you went to ten big T stores you wouldn't find half of this list (just to let you know for your next story).
  • Not likely! I'd love to know which stores you visit if you located each item!

James thinks worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere

If i help you...Please thank me!
  • My local has started covering the barcodes with yellow reduced labels :-( The person in charge of the new prices clearly doesn't want to sell the items at all as they are hardly cheaper than the original price, 10p off a packet of pens isn't really a bargain.
  • I went back to my tesco today, Dinosaur paper cups were stocked back. Tried scanning them and it comes up for assistance now fudge!
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)
Mortgage pay off date 11/2028. Target 12/2020 :rotfl:
    Current Balance £33921
    Declutter 2123/2016
  • Hi,

Didn't find any of the stuff on the list that scanned at 1p, but whilst wandering down the sweets aisle I found 17 bags of Halloween Haribo 100g on the 'hanging' displays. Scanned them at the self service till and they came up at 1p each.

The checkout assistant was frosty at first, but when I showed her the print out from the MSE website she was fine about it. Tesco obviously don't tell them about these offers, so they think we are trying to con them!

My first 1p bargains, so I'm very pleased :)

I managed to get a couple of the pental pens sets the other day (first time the lady at the self scan wouldnt let me have them so I went back and got a few more with some other bits and went through a normal til - cashier didnt bat an eyelid :D) and I also found my first 1p bargain - pink party bags with handbags on them, the sel was maked at 10p buy 4 get one free so I bought 5 of them and paid 4p :D:j:beer:

No luck finding any 1p items today :(. I found the robofish - looked for them before and couldnt find them, but they scanned at full price today :(. Also found the peppa pig trump cards but when I scanned them it came up at item unknown so they wouldnt sell them to me!

  • Found lots of Christmas chocolate over last couple of weeks for 1p but haven't seen any of the other stuff. Still stuff that can be dug out if the staff in your store have not cleared their shelves well for restocking. Thought 1p deals had finished but got 2 packs of honeycomb matchsticks last night. Thanks to everyone who has posted what they have found.
  • I bought a Raskullz Ladybird helmet for 1p at my local tesco in Quedgeley Gloucestershire. Price was marked £1 and I scanned it to check the price and it said 1p! The woman who rang me up kept laughing! I could hardly believe it! Only saw this thread today!
  • Where can i find these coupons??
