Even electronic signs don't stop the determined idiots.

I know exactly what you mean. Time was you could have 6 or 7 pints and drive home, no bother. Then a few "numpties or low lifes" decide to trash their cars and instead of sorting them out they make the rest of us take taxis everywhere.Sadly this is typical of council mentality.
Problem caused by a few numpties or low lifes?
Never mind getting to the route of the matter, far easier to just shut it down or close it off.
My brother was amused when he rented a car in the USA. He got onto the interstate and was informed by the satnav "after 450 miles, turn right".Mindless_Clone wrote: »:rotfl:
I have a really cheap and nasty ebuyer sat nav and it's... er... quite creative in its directions from time to time. "Speed camera 56400 yards ahead, take note".... Riiight!
I tend to spend large parts of a journey ignoring it.0 -

I assume this is a joke.
Just in case anyone takes it seriously you qualify as a numptie/low life when you decide to drive the car whilst drunk, not when you crash it.My brother was amused when he rented a car in the USA. He got onto the interstate and was informed by the satnav "after 450 miles, turn right".
When computerised route planning was in its infancy I tried a very early version of Autoroute.
It started off OK:
"Drive for 2 miles"
"At Little Wallop bear left"
"Drive for 1 mile and take the junction to join the M4"
Then things got a little tricky
"At London, bear right"
??? :rotfl:There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0
