  • Amazing that Mozart could have died a pauper when so many owe him so much, truely must have been a crisis of confidence rather then an absence of assets

I'd like to think the world has come a long way since then but most likely that is not always the case

Anyone else getting a mental picture of a bloke in a pinny folding towels & doing the housework ???

    ....must just be me then!!!!

Ps gosh CB you have him well trained!!!!:D :D

Nope! He lived on his own for years and trained himself!! To a much higher standard than me, I'd like to add! It's something we argue about - OD's much more houseproud than I am!:D:D:D

However, you haven't seen him in a pinny! I think that's a cue for one of Phil's piccys!

Mozart had very expensive habits, and a tendency to fall out with those who commissioned him. Beethoven and Schubert (who was a pall-bearer at Beethoven's funeral) also died poor.

Wonder if she's scouring the local papers to see if her name has appeared.

I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

  • Hi Phil. I just read the famous post Tom Petty I have loads of his stuff.

Anyway I am back on song after a hectic few day's in Manchester moving my daughters gear from one flat to another. Went out up Withington had a curry and lot's of beer. Getting her moved was at the top of my list before BR day, next week up to LIverpool to look at the Uni, spend a few quid of the procceeds from last weeks 'bank job', get back down the jobcentre for an interview then back to the BR forms and the forum:j
